Terms of Service: Returns, Exchanges & Fulfillment Policy

Pink Pony Gentleman’s Club

1. Print-On-Demand Fulfillment Model

All products sold through Pink Pony Gentleman’s Club are fulfilled using a print-on-demand (POD) production process. Each item is custom-made just for you after an order is placed. Because these products are made to order, our return and exchange policy differs from traditional retail policies.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the fulfillment, return, and refund policies outlined below.

 

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, Pink Pony Gentleman’s Club does not accept returns or exchangesunder the following circumstances:

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  1. Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer during checkout.

  2. Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  3. Product is received as ordered but the customer wants a different variation.

  4. Orders returned due to an invalid, incomplete, or incorrect delivery address. (In such cases, we refund only the product price. Shipping is non-refundable. Reprints are available at the customer’s expense.)

 

3. Accepted Claims for Replacement or Refund

Pink Pony Gentleman’s Club will offer a free reprint or a full refund in the following valid situations:

Eligible Scenarios:

  1. The product arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect.

  2. The wrong item, size, color, or design is received.

  3. The item is lost or damaged during shipping.

 

4. How to File a Claim

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund or reprint, please follow these steps:

  1. File your claim within:

  2. 30 days of delivery for U.S. orders

  3. 45 days of delivery for international orders

  4. Contact Pink Pony Gentleman’s Club through our support form or via email.

  5. Include:

  6. Your order number

  7. A clear description of the issue

  8. Photo or video evidence of the problem (showing the entire item and the specific issue)

  9. You do not need to return the defective or incorrect item.

We may request additional information if your evidence is unclear or incomplete.

 

5. Refund Methods

Refunds are processed in the following way:

  1. By default, refunds are issued to your Pink Pony Gentleman’s Club account balance (if applicable).

  2. You may request to have the refund returned to your original payment method.

  3. For transactions made in currencies other than USD, the refund will go directly to the original payment source (e.g., your credit card or PayPal account).

 

6. Important Notes & Limitations

  1. We do not offer refunds or reprints for design issues resulting from low-quality or improperly formatted artwork uploaded by the customer.

  2. Slight variations in print placement (up to 1 inch) are normal for POD items and are not considered defects.

  3. Pink Pony Gentleman’s Club is not responsible for errors such as typos or design misalignment caused by customer-submitted files that do not meet our guidelines.

 

7. Right to Refuse Refunds or Reprints

Pink Pony Gentleman’s Club reserves the right to deny any request for a refund or reprint if:

  1. The issue is caused by customer error.

  2. The claim is found to be fraudulent or misleading.

  3. The artwork submitted violates content or formatting policies.
